Advertise your home in the MLS for $349.00 and offer 3% commission to the buyer’s agent (minimum recommend, but you decide).  "SHORT SALE" LISTINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THIS PROGRAM. 

Your home will be advertised in the Multiple Listing Service of Southeast Florida, BestDealOnTheMarket.com, QuieroLaCasa.com, MyRealtyServices.com and at other websites throughout the internet.  All appointments will be made through Realtors.  Their license number will be verified by the MLS and their contact information can be emailed to you before they show your home.

Don't Listen to the Hype

Most agents ask for a 6% commission listing, keep 50% and offer 50% to the buyer's agent in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Our listing program is only a 3% listing (usually) plus our fees.  We do not split the 3%, 50/50, but instead offer the entire 3% commission to the buyer's agent in the MLS, which is very, very important.  You see, this 3% is what drives the buyer’s agents to show properties listed by other brokers.  So, if you want to maximize your chances for Realtor showings, you don’t have to pay 6%, all you have to do is list with us, the results are better with much less expense.  WE PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE.  Call us, get to know us and we'll explain everything to you.
